Sthlm Day 19... Our last....

Goodbye, STHLM!

Had another lovely Non Solo session, said goodbye to our Zaza & adored co-writer Daniel Filipsson.

Saw a US astronaut at the mall as well as some yummy chocolate!

This Carbonara dish is too good for words.

Bought a shit ton of candy for friends, practiced hand-skiing down the stroller ramps.

Then had a kick ass halve priset NuevoAsian dinner at Monarki with Fred.  So funny that we ran into Carl two days in a row!

Pan-seared white fish with risotto balls, edamame, roe, and horseradish. wow.

Thai brulee with lemongrass, lime, pineapple and mint.  Delicious.

Really hope FMH keeps moving up the charts!

First day in STHLM

And so the trip begins with a publishing meeting and seeing old friends.  And of course a big bag of Swedish candy and Jordgubb-Lime Ramlosa!

We love the wholesome food here.  Bulgur (kinda like a couscous-pilaf) with chicken, roasted corn, spinach, green, red, & yellow peppers, lettuce & feta cheese, called the Marrakesh salad, so good!

Here's us at the Warner-Chappell office:

We are staying in a very central area and love that we have our own balcony. Here are 2 shots, the night sky and the morning sky! The night sky was a BIG full moon and you could watch the clouds rolling by.

It's great having a view above the rooftops...so European, we love it!!!!

Killa Thought

I try not to think of pain & discomfort as negative.  It is how we learn.  it is how we grow.  it is why we came back.  to experience these feelings is as much a gift because it means we are alive, here on Earth.  When we can appreciate the value of our perceived pain, maybe then we are ready to receive our highest pleasure and joy with the fullest potential to appreciate and experience vast gratitude.  I hope everyone every day could conquer a challenge, endure discomfort positively, feel grace & gratitude, and spend time with their loves and passions.  When we are working on our show or music, we experience all of these things.  .....just a mushy holiday sentiment.... :)
