food

we've taken a new perspective on food lately.

it's hard not to notice lots of overweight tourists in Hollywood or when we travel to other parts of the US.  Hardly any healthy food options at the airport  I have to mention!

But it's hard to witness, people awkward in their bodies, obviously uncomfortable lugging the extra weight around.  We've been so conditioned to eat '3 square meals' whatever that means, but obviously missing meals is not a problem in this country.

Right now I feel slight hunger - just worked out for 90 minutes...but this feeling is more pleasant than that feeling of being full and bloated from crap.  Eating less starch, sugar and fat makes SUCH a difference.   And less meat....we are not running marathons, bailing hay, or sprinting to catch our dinner - there is no reason for us to be eating empty carbs and tons of meat.  Just my 2 cents...I could go on and on into the profit agenda in the food industry in conjunction with governmental agencies and the pharmaceutical machine....but let's just leave it at that.  Everyone really should eat less sugar, refined carbs, fat, meat...and chemicals.  We'll all be healthier, look better, feel better, and that can be one step closer to people being kinder to each other.
